TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE ALDERHOLT READING ROOM FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ALDERHOLT IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, RELIGION OR POLITICAL OPINION AS A CENTRE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
