IT DOES NOT DIRECTLY PERFORM CHARITABLE WORK BUT CONCENTRATES ON (A) FUNDRAISING AND (B) MAKING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS IN FOUR AREAS, NAMELY, (I) EDUCATION (II) THE CITY OF LONDON (III) THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY (IV) ITS GUILD CHURCH AND (V) TO ANY OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES AT ITS DISCRETION.
