TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE ARTS, TO ENCOURAGE THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY, TO CO-ORDINATE ARTS ACTIVITIES IN THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR AND TO SUPPORT GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM LOCAL GROUPS WITHIN THE BRAINTREE DISTRICT.
