THE RELIEF OF SINGLE HOMELESS YOUNG PERSONS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY WHO ARE IN NEED AND REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN ACHIEVING A SETTLED WAY OF LIFE AND ARE UNABLE TO ABTAIN ANY SUITABLE HOUSING ACCOMMODATION.
