TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF GREENWICH, BROMLEY, BEXLEY AND LEWISHAM WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
