TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC RECITALS AS WELL AS THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF YOUNG AND EMERGING PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS.
