TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF BOTH MAINSTREAM AND REFERRED CHILDREN (THROUGH THE LOCAL MAISEY PANEL) PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THIS COMMUNITY PRE-SCHOOL AND BY - (A) PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY CARE AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY (B) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS TO HELP CHILDREN TO LEARN AND DEVELOP (C) ADDING TO THE LIFE AND WELL BEING OF ITS LOCAL COMMUNITY (D) OFFERING CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS A SERVICE THAT PROMOTES EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
