(I) PROMOTION OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INTO THE ORIGINS CAUSES AND NATURE OF DISEASES AND DISORDERS OF THE HEART, DIABETES AND METABOLIC DISORDERS AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS THEROF. (II) THE IMPROVEMENT OF SUCH METHODS AND TECHNIQUES IN THE TREATMENT CURE AND CONTROL OF SUCH DISEASES AND DISORDERS. (III) THE DEVELOPMENT OF AIDS TO THE PROGNOSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF THE CLINICAL NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND POTENTIAL PATIENTS PRIOR TO TREATMENT FOR DISEASES OF THE HEART, DIABETES AND METABOLC DISORDERS.
