TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 21 YEARS SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, ENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIS THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
