Charitable objects
(A) TO MAKE DONATIONS TO ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION AND IN PARTICULAR ANY SUCH ORGANISATION WHOSE OBJECTS INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:- (I) THE RELIEF OR BENEFIT OF AGED SICK HANDICAPPED OR NECESSITOUS PERSONS; (II) ANY EDUCATIONAL OR RELIGIOUS PURPOSE; (III) THE PRESERVATION OF CHURCHES AND OTHER ANCIENT BUILDINGS. (B) TO MAKE DONATIONS DIRECTLY TO AND OTHERWISE PROVIDE FOR ANY AGED SICK HANDICAPPED OR NECESSITOUS PERSONS; AND (C) TO MAKE DONATIONS TO ANY CHARITABLE HOUSING ASSOCIATON.
