TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF A FACILITY WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN GYMNASTICS, ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
