THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF RODBOROUGH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE UNITED REFORMED CHURCH.
