MARY & ALL SAINTS, BOXLEY AND THE LANDS USED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND TO ADVISE AND ASSIST THE VICAR AND CHURCHWARDENS OF BOXLEY IN SUCH MATTERS; (II) TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN THE FACILITY FOR WORSHIP AND SERVICES IN THE CHURCH OF ST. MARY & ALL SAINTS, BOXLEY AND TO ASSIST THE VICAR AND CHURCHWARDENS OF BOXLEY IN SUCH MATTERS.
