Charitable objects

1. TO HELP MAINTAIN THE SCHOOL AS A CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL, AND TO FOSTER AMONG PARENTS AND OTHERS THE VALUE OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS HERE AT ST. MICHAEL-AT-BOWES SCHOOL, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY). 3. TO ADVANCE CO-OPERATION BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, THE NEIGHBOURING CHURCH AND THEIR CONGREGATIONS, THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH ST. MICHAEL-AT-BOWES SCHOOL IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL WELFARE OF THE CHILDREN THERE, AND TO ENSURE THAT ALL PUPILS BENEFIT FULLY.
