TO PROMOTE THE DAILY CARE AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIC MONTHS AND FIVE YEARS IN THE BRIXTON AREA AND TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SUCH CHILDREN WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
