TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF BECCLES AND SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR RHE SAID PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
