(2) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM RELATING THERETO INCLUDING THE FORMATION OF A COLLECTION OF ARTEFACTS MADE BY SUCH IMMIGRANTS AND COLLECTION OF PAPERS MANUSCRIPTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO.
