FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR AND NEEDY PERSONS LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR WHOM ENGLISH IS NOT THE MOTHER TONGUE AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WITH PARTICULAR REGARD TO REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OR WHO ARE SICK. 2. FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE SAID BENEFICIARIES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. 3. THE PROVISION OF FACILITES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID BENEFICIARIES. 4. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ARE, SCIENCE, CULTURE AND HISTORY OF ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
