Charitable objects

(1) SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSES OF ANY SUNDAY SCHOOL IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF WOKINGHAM IN WHICH INSTRUCTION IS GIVEN ACCORDING TO THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. (2) SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT MAY BE APPLIED IN GRANTING PRIZES OR REWARDS OF THE VALUE OF NOT MORE THAN $1 AND NOT LESS THAN 25P IN ANY ONE CASE FOR PROFICIENCY IN RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE. (3) THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY SURPLUS INCOME IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, BEING MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO HAVE RESIDED FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF WOKINGHAM AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR FUTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSES 11 TO 13 OF SCHEME OF 25TH AUGUST 1905 AND SCHEME OF 11TH MARCH 1957.
