TO MAKE AVAILABLE THE MIDSOMER NORTON TOWN HALL FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING THE SOCIAL WELL BEING OF THE COMMUNITY AND THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN PARISH OF NORTON RADSTOCK, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES FOR ALL OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, AND FOR THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF MIDSOMER NORTON AND SURROUNDING AREA.
