THE PAYMENT OR APPLICATION OF THE INCOME OF THE SETTLEMENT TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR INSTITUTION PURPOSES OF PURPOSE IN SUCH SHARES BETWEEN THEM IF MORE THAN ONE AND AT SUCH TIMES AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE SETTLEMENT WITH THE CONSENT OF THE SETTLOR DURING HIS LIFE AND AFTER HIS DEATH AT DISCRETION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
