TO ASSIST (I) EDUCATION - SCHOOLS, FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND UNIVERSITIEIS AND ANY OTHER BODIES CARRYING OUT A GENERAL EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION THAT SHALL BE RUN BY THE STATE, CHURCH OR MISSIONS; (II) ADULT EDUCATION AND LITERACY IN SUCH CONTRIES; (III) THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEMS URBAN AND RURAL.
