A) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY TO ANY STUDENT PURSUING A COURSE OF STUDY AT THE COLLEGE WHO SATISFIES THE TRUSTEES OF A NEED FOR ASSISTANCE ON ACCOUNT OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; B) TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT, EDUCATIONAL VISITS AND OTHER BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE COLLEGE AND ITS STUDENTS EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY.
