TRUST DEED DATED 17TH SEPTEMBER 1983 AS AMENDED 13 NOVEMBER 2007 BY A RESOLUTION PASSED UNDER SECTION 74 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1993.

Charitable objects

(A) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF KENT OR THE SOUTH EASTERN DISTRICT OF THE WORKERS EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION OR BOTH OF THEM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. (B) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES NOT BEING LESS THAN THREE IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED EXECUTED WITH UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE. IN THE COUNTIES OF KENT AND EAST SUSSEX AND THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF BEXLEY AND BROMLEY.
