Charitable objects
(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING NICHOLS SCHOOL, EDENDALE NATAL, SOUTH AFRICA BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND AMENITIES WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED AND (B) TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF EDENDALE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE SSAID INHABITANTS.
