THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF WHEELWRIGHTS OR PERSONS ENGAGED IN ANY OTHER RECONGNISED CRAFT OR A PROFESSION AND THEIR WIVES WIDOWS AND CHILDREN AND FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF SUCH OTHER PERSONS OF PERSONS DESIRING TO BE APPRENTICED AS WHEELWRIGHTS OR ANY OTHER RECOGNISED CRAFT OF PROFESSION OR TO BE QUALIFIED FOR PROFESSIONAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE POSTS.
