TO EDUCATE TRAIN AND REHABILITATE YOUNG PERSONS WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT OR WISH TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION TRAINING REHABILITATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE.
