(THE FOUNDATION FULLY SUPPORTS THE GOVERNMENT'S WHITE PAPER , "VALUING PEOPLE" WHICH IS BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF RIGHTS, INDEPENDENCE, CHOICE AND INCLUSION)
