TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, INFIRM, DISABLED, INJURED OR OTHERWISE REQUIRE/REQUIRED THE SERVICES OF THE UNIT; OR
WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN RESPECT OF MATTERS RELATED TO THEIR EYE PROBLEMS.
