TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A PUBLIC DISTRICT AMENITY SWIMMING POOL IN NEWHAVEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SOUTHERN PART OF LEWES DISTRICT AND IN PARTICULAR THE COASTAL COMMUNITY FROM AND INCLUSIVE SEAFORD IN THE EAST TO TELSCOMBE CLIFFS IN THE WEST EMBRACING NEWHAVEN AND PEACEHAVEN AND REACHING NORTHWARDS TO AND INCLUDING LEWES WITH THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITABTS.
