TO CARRY OUT LEGAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE FROM TIME TO TIME RECOGNISED BY LAW AS GOOD CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY THINK FIT AND SO THAT THE TIME AND MANNER OF SUCH PAYMENT OR CAPITAL THEREOF SHALL BE IN THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.
