TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS DIAGNOSED AS AUTISTIC PARTICULARLY IN THE COUNTY OF AVON BY THE PROVISIONS OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION WITHIN A PERMANENT HOME OR ELSEWHERE AND BY PROCURING AND MAKING AVAILABLE FOR THEM NURSING, TRAINING, EDUCATION, WORKSHOP, LEISURE AND RECREATION FACILITIES.
