TO PROVIDE FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KINGSWEAR FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID CHILDREN.
