WHERE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ALREADY BROKEN DOWN TO ADVISE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OF POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS CUSTODY AND ACCESS TO THE CHILDREN AND FINANCIAL PROVISIONS.
