TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAID INCOME TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR PURPOSES (WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO 1) THE PARISH CHURCH AND EDUCATION AND OTHER PURPOSES SITUATE IN THE PARISH OF DITCHLING AND IN THE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX AND; 2) THE PRACTICE OF PREVENTIVE CARDIOLOGY CARRIED OUT EITHER BY THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELESEWHERE.
