TO PROVIDE SHORT-TERM, SUPPORTIVE SHELTERED HOUSING FOR SINGLE HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR NEEDS SUCH AS EX-PRISONERS, EX-MENTAL HOSPITAL PATIENTS AND OTHERS WHO REQUIRE SOME REHABILTITIVE CARE TO ENABLE THEM, EVENTUALLY, TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
