THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND VISUALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE (WHETHER REGISTERED BLIND OR NOT) AND FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED TAPES AND DISCS.
