TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR TO: (A) PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A DAY CENTRE FR THE PURPOSE OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE CONDITION OF LIFE: AND (B) PROVIDE HOT MEALS TO ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS WHO, THROUGH AGE OR INFIRMITY ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE MEALS FOR THEMSELVES.
