FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH ST. MARY'S PARISH CHURCH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE PRIMARILY TO OR FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: (A) THE RESTORATION REPAIR IMPROVEMENT AND DECORATION OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH AND OF THE ADJACENT DEANERY TOWER (B) THE REPAYMENT OF SUMS BORROWED AND APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH
