Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH PARTICULARLY IN GHANA AND OTHER DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY MEDICAL RELIEF AND BY PROVIDING AMBULANCES FOR USE BY RURAL HOSPITALS AND CLINICS; (B) TO SUPPORT RESEARCH INTO PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE MEDICINE IN TORPICAL DESEASE AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
