Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST AS TO BOTH THE CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR THE PEOPLE OF SOUTHERN AFRICA, PARTICULARLY THOSE DISADVANTAGED BY THE APARTHEID POLICY AND ITS AFTER-EFFECTS, AND FOR THE PROMOTION OF RECONCILIATION, RACIAL HARMONY AND DEMOCRATIC VALUES IN SOUTHERN AFRICA AND IN AFRICA GENERALLY.
