TO RELIEVE DISABLED PEOPLE BY:
(A) PROVIDING SERVICES TO THEM OR THEIR FAMILIES INTENDED TO ENABLE SUCH DISABLED PEOPLE TO EXERCISE THEIR FULL RIGHTS AS CITIZENS AND PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE COMMUNITY, AND
(B) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS, CARERS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS AND RIGHTS OF DISABLED PEOPLE.
