TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY, PARTICULARLY THE GREEK AND GREEK CYPRIOT COMMUNITY BY THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONGST THE SAID COMMUNITY AND BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR SUCH MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
