SCHEME OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS DATED 27 JULY 1956 AS AMENDED BY SCHEMES DATED 30 MARCH 1981, 29 AUGUST 2000, AND 16 OCTOBER 2002.
Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY ú250 (OR SUCH OTHER HIGHER SUM AS SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS) OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO THE RECTOR FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH ("THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH" SHALL MEAN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. MARGARET LOTHBURY AND ST. STEPHEN, COLEMAN STREET, WITH ST. CHRISTOPHER LE STOCKS, ST. BARTHOLOMEW-BY-THE-EXCHANGE, ST. OLAVE, OLD JEWRY, ST. MARTIN POMEROY, ST. MILDRED POULTRY, AND ST. MARY COLECHURCH.). THE TRUSTEES SHALL DISTRIBUTE THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN SUCH MANNER AS THEY THINK FIT AMONG THE ORDAINED CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO ARE SERVING OR EMPLOYED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: CITY OF LONDON DEANERY, SOUTHWARK DEANERY, ISLINGTON DEANERY, BERMONDSEY DEANERY, TOWER HAMLETS DEANERY, HACKNEY DEANERY, LAMBETH DEANERY, PARISH OF ST. ANN, WESTMINSTER, PARISH OF ST. CLEMENT DANES, PARISH OF ST. JAMES', WESTMINSTER, PARISH OF ST. MARTIN IN THE FIELDS, PARISH OF ST. GILES IN THE FIELDS, PARISH OF ST. MARY SAVOY IN THE STRAND, PARISH OF ST. PAUL IN COVENT GARDEN.
