THE OBJECTS OF THE PROJECT SHALL BE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR THOSE PERSON WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED, AND HOMELESS OR LIVING IN UNSATISFACTORY OR DISTRESSFUL CIRCUMSTANCES.
