TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND THE RELIGION OF ISLAM WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO HISTORY, LANGUAGES AND CULTURE AND TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS HAVING NEED OF THE FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR, YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH PERSONS.
