(III) TO RELIVE , EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, PERSONS WHO BELONG TO THE HINDU FAITH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS BY THE GIVING OF ADVICE CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
