TO PROMOTE AND ESTABLISH HIGH STANDARDS IN THE ADJUDICATION OF PLAYS AND OTHER FORMS OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE BY THIS MEANS TO ENCOURAGE THE ART OF THE THEATRE AMONG AMATEURS.
