Charitable objects
THE BENEFIT OF THE COUNCIL KNOWN AS RENDCOMB COLLEGE CIRENCESTER IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER FOR OR TOWARDS ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES NAMELY: (I) THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS EXHIBITIONS AND BURSARIES AT THE COLLEGE. (I) THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS EXHIBITIONS AND BURSARIES AT THE COLLEGE. (II) THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY STAFF AND/OR PUPILS AT THE COLLEGE. (III) THE PROVISION OF NEW BUILDINGS AT THE COLLEGE. (IV) SUCH OTHER PROVISIONS AS IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE EDUCATIONAL RECREATIONAL OR PASTORAL REQUIRMENTS OF THE COLLGE. FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF TRUST DEED).
