1. TO ADVANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC MANAGEMENT EDUCATION IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; AND 2. TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH INTO THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF MANAGEMENT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF ALL SUCH STUDY AND RESEARCH.
